2. Data We Collect

When using Sueca Online we may collect:

• Account: identifier of your Apple account (Sign in with Apple) or Google account (Google Sign-In), depending on how you sign in; the email address associated with that account (if the provider shares it) and the display name you choose in the game.
  Google user data: if you sign in with Google, Sueca Online receives your unique Google account identifier, your email address and your Google account name. We do not access your profile picture, contacts or any other data from your Google account. We use the identifier and the email address solely to create your account, authenticate you and restore your progress. The name is only used as your initial in-game display name (visible to other players) if you have not chosen one yet; you can change it at any time from your profile. It is stored in our database for as long as your account exists and is deleted when you delete your account. We do not sell it or use it for advertising; it is only processed by providers acting on our behalf (service hosting and error diagnostics with Sentry, where the email address may be attached to an error report).
• Game data: matches played, SP (Sueca Points), score, level, ranking statistics and unlocked content (emojis, avatars, emotes).
• Technical data: IP address for abuse protection. Not stored permanently or linked to your profile.
• Push notifications: if you consent, we store your push token, platform (iOS/Android) and device language. You can opt out at any time. The token is deleted on sign-out.
• Reports: if you report another user for an inappropriate name, we store the reporter and reported identifiers, reason and date.
• In-app purchases and subscriptions: we process one-off transactions (SP purchases) and recurring subscriptions (Sueca Premium) via Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not access your payment details. We store the transaction record (identifier, product, platform, SP granted if applicable, start date, expiry date and subscription status) to credit the purchase, keep subscription benefits active while in force and prevent duplicates.
• RevenueCat: we use RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) to manage purchases. It may receive transaction data and an anonymous user identifier. Privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Advertising (AdMob): we use Google AdMob to display ads. On iOS we request tracking permission (ATT). If granted, AdMob may use the IDFA for personalised ads. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Local network: AdMob may access the local network for ad delivery. No additional personal data is collected.
• Campaign analytics (Meta SDK): we use the Meta SDK to measure acquisition campaigns. If you grant ATT permission on iOS, Meta advertising tracking is enabled. Policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
• Diagnostics (Sentry): we use Sentry to detect errors. It may collect stack traces, performance data, user identifier, IP and device data. Data retained for 90 days. sentry.io/privacy.

3. Purpose

We use your data to manage your account, let you play multiplayer matches, display rankings and rewards, manage the shop, process purchases, show ads, send push notifications (if authorised), detect and fix technical errors, and protect against abuse.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the performance of the service you request, consent (where applicable) and legitimate interest in improving the app.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time:

• In the app: Profile → Delete account. You must leave any active table first. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
• By email: mixifystudioapps@gmail.com.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict processing. To exercise them: mixifystudioapps@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be published here with a new update date.
