1. Acceptance and minimum age
By using Sueca Online you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
2. Description of service
Sueca Online is an online multiplayer card game (Sueca) app. SP (Sueca Points) are virtual tokens; they have no real monetary value and cannot be redeemed. The service may include automated features to improve gameplay experience and match availability.
3. Account and use
You must use the app lawfully and respectfully. Offensive usernames, cheating and service abuse are not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
4. User-generated content
You are responsible for the username you choose. It must be appropriate. We validate usernames to prevent inappropriate content.
5. SP (Sueca Points), purchases and matches
SP are in-game virtual tokens. They have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn outside the app.
- Match cost: each match costs 1 SP to enter. SP are not won or lost based on match results.
- Free SP: earned by watching rewarded ads or via the daily login bonus. The first win of the day grants +1 SP bonus.
- Purchasing SP: SP can be acquired via in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in your local currency before confirming. Each store's refund policies apply.
- Using SP: SP can be used to unlock cosmetic content (emojis, avatars and emotes) in the in-game shop.
- No real value: SP do not represent real money, do not constitute gambling or prizes, and cannot be redeemed under any circumstances.
Rankings are based on a rating system that reflects each player's performance.
6. Sueca Premium (subscription)
Sueca Premium is an optional subscription that grants additional benefits while active. It is separate from SP.
- Plans: monthly and yearly. The yearly plan offers a discount over the equivalent monthly price. Prices are shown in your local currency in Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm.
- Free trial: some plans include a free trial period (typically 3 days). If you do not cancel before it ends, the first period will be charged automatically at the listed price.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price at the end of each period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan) until you cancel.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your Apple ID settings (App Store → Subscriptions) or Google account (Play Store → Payments and subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep the benefits until then.
- Refunds: subscription refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their store policies. We do not process refunds directly.
- Benefits while active: free entry to every match, all avatars and emojis unlocked, Premium badge on your profile. If the subscription is cancelled or expires, the benefits are lost.
- No real value: Sueca Premium does not convert SP into real money and does not constitute gambling or prizes. Benefits are cosmetic or convenience features inside the game.
We reserve the right to modify prices, plans and benefits of Sueca Premium. Any changes will be reasonably notified to subscribers in advance.
7. Intellectual property
The app, design, texts and code are the property of Daniel Alvaro Paradela Delgado.
8. Content rights
The app displays or accesses third-party content:
- Advertising: we display ads via Google AdMob. Ad content comes from advertisers.
- User content: usernames, avatars and in-game actions are shown to other players. By using the app, you grant us a licence to display this content as part of the multiplayer service.

9. Technical monitoring
To ensure service stability, the app may collect diagnostic data via Sentry. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
11. Advertising
The app may show ads via Google AdMob, including rewarded ads you can watch voluntarily in exchange for SP. Reward availability and value may change at any time.
12. Push notifications
The app may send push notifications if you grant permission. They are used for game reminders such as daily bonus availability. You can turn them off in your device settings. Maximum frequency is one notification per day.
13. Modifications
We may modify these terms. Changes will be published here. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated conditions.
14. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. You must leave any active table first. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also request it at mixifystudioapps@gmail.com.
